During these challenging times, we recognize that change is needed. We commit to being a part of that change.

We will ASK the uncomfortable and difficult questions.

We will LISTEN.

We will LEARN how to be instruments of change.

We will ACT.

As an organization that supports a wonderfully diverse school district and as a board of individuals who recognize the need for change, we begin by asking these questions:

How can we better support social justice and equity through our support of staff & student ideas?

How can we be a better partner in the community to support the efforts of other organizations doing important work in these areas?

What can we do internally to ensure our organization is one that represents the ideals of equity, inclusion and social justice?

Join us, as we WORK together, ASK questions, LISTEN fully, and ACT meaningfully.
